Abstract

This study aims to bring out the significant effect of six independent factors on work-family balance from the perspective of employees of aluminium fabrication firms in Bahrain. Furthermore, the study also analyses the moderating effect of job experience between employee relationship, self-satisfaction, and work-family balance. For this purpose, the primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire using purposive sampling from 306 employees of aluminium fabrication. PLS-SEM was utilised to analyse and prove the construct's hypothesis. Employee relationships, self-satisfaction, stress management, higher productivity, low employee turnover, job experience, and stress management have a significant positive effect on the work-family balance. Meanwhile, better teamwork does not have any significant effect on the current model. Moreover, job experience has significant negative moderation between employee relationships and work-family balance. Likewise, the results also indicate the significant positive moderation of job experience between self-satisfaction and work-family balance.
