Abstract
In this study, methods of investigating influential factors is proposed for a system development process. According to different phases of a system development process, multiobjective programming (MOP) models are developed from fuzzy set theory, evidence theory, and probability theory. Based on the proposed MOP models, an integrated solution algorithm is designed to aid researchers in acquiring complete influential factors of a system. An example of mobile phone service (MPS) is provided to illustrate the proposed algorithm.
