Abstract

This article solves the problem of identifying the institutional factors of Russian foreign and domestic policy in the Caucasus in connection with the ethno-political challenges of the modern era. The need to consider this issue arose in connection with the close interrelatedness of the problems of domestic and foreign policy in the North Caucasus region.
