Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to dive into important risk characterization factors which have not previously been described, namely: boundary factor differentiation, prioritization and triage, probabilities versus rates, probability of non-detection, 1st through 3rd person perspectives, stages of ontological becoming, passivity versus active search, holistic versus focused perspective, trusting versus controlling perspective, separation of convoluted crises, and timing clarity. Clear examples of each differentiating factor are provided within real world cases.
