Abstract

Relevance: The impact of treatment on patients’ daily activities can be assessed with valid and reliable outcome measures, but the use of standardized outcome measures by physiotherapists appeared to be limited in many countries (1). The need for physiotherapist to use standardized measures has been recognized and is recommended in clinical practice guidelines. A range of strategies was implemented that aimed to increase physiotherapists’ use of standardized outcome measures (1). However, little is known about the usage of electronic patient health record system as an assistive tool to reinforce clinical application of outcome measures.
