Abstract

After having had a deeper look into multi-site operations and its implications toward organizational interfaces in our last article of this series, it's time to step back again to an outlook position and investigate the positive effects of using social media in intra as well as inter-company organizational interfaces. The main goal of pushing social media is to foster interaction and collaboration as well as acceptance of individuals within their respective environment and save money and time in a financially restricted situation. Therefore, social media may also be a very helpful tool in your organization, without seeking approval of a huge budget and still have instant possibility of success in boosting the quality and timeliness of projects.
