Abstract
In this paper, Cu2O/ZnO/GaN hierarchical nanoarchitectonics was synthesized using a solution process. The hierarchical nanoarchitectonics was assembled from in situ etching and growth Cu2O nanostructures on random distributed ZnO nanotubes/GaN film by hydrothermal process. The device demonstrated multiple wavelength photodetection. It demonstrates that the detector based on Cu2O/ZnO/GaN hierarchical nanoarchitectonics can be used as a low-cost multiple band detection areas.
