Abstract

AbstractInvited for this issue's Front Cover are Behnaz Jafari and Prof. Botte from the research group Chemical and Electrochemical Innovation and Technology Laboratory, Texas Tech University in collaboration with Dr. Lacerda from University of Texas at Tyler. The Front Cover shows schematically the in‐situ electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide and electrodeposition of silver nanoparticles on the fabric. The reduced graphene oxide/silver‐coated fabrics demonstrated electroconductivity, hydrophobicity, and antibacterial activity with a controlled release of silver ions which makes their antibacterial effect durable.
