Abstract

A 40-year-old Filipino woman presented with a two-year history of multiple nodules appearing on and around her nose. These increased in size and number despite previous treatment with topical polymyxin B-bacitracin-neomycin (Neosporin), (Mycolog), class 1 corticosteroids, and trials of oral erythromycin, demeclocycline and dicloxacillin. She was noted to have a saddle-nose deformity and a 6 mm anterior nasal septal defect (Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3). Two quarter-sized flat brown plaques with rough surfaces were found on her shin.
