Abstract
A teen-aged boy developed a facial granuloma due to the saprophyteFusarium. Since no similar case has been reported to our knowledge, it suggests that abnormal features are involved. Th was borne out when it was discovered that the patient's leukocytes functioned imperfectly. He is a member of a group of patients with "chronic granulomatous disease."
