Abstract

In this research article, an innovative strategy is exploited to design a nonlinear component Substitution Box (S-box). To achieve an objective, initially we pick out a one specific sort of primitive irreducible polynomial of degree 8 to generate elements of Galois field . Furthermore, we established a precise category of invertible mapping through an employment of left action of invertible matrix having order of on to generate elements of S-box. Moreover, to improve the confusion aptitude of erected S-box we exerted 1’s and 2’s compliment’s technique for shuffling of an elements of S-box. Eventually, to inspect the capacity of designed S-box we bring into effective action of different procedures from literature such as strict avalanche criterion, nonlinearity, linear approximation probability, bit independence criterion and differential approximation probability.
