Abstract

We developed an almond like structured SrMoO4 embedded on sulfur doped-graphitic carbon nitride composites (SrMoO4/SGCN) by green methods for electrochemical detection of CAP. The as-synthesized SrMoO4/SGCN composites was scrutinized by various techniques such as X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and elemental quantitative analysis. Interestingly, the impedance of SrMoO4/SGCN/GCE own a lower resistance charge transfer (Rct), which helps to favours for superior electrochemical detection of CAP. Such, SrMoO4/SGCN/GCE exhibits an ultralow detection limit of 1.5 nM for an extensive concentration range of 0.005–1316.8 µM and high sensitivity is 9.619 µA µM−1 cm−2 by amperometric method. In addition, human blood serum and river water samples were used for practical analysis of SrMoO4/SGCN/GCE toward electrochemical detection of CAP and the result exhibits a satisfactory recovery.
