Abstract
We present fabrication of polymer bonded magnets. These magnets were fabricated by mixing isotropic permanent magnetic Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) fine powder in polydimethylsiloxne matrix (PDMS). The developed magnetic composite can be be micromolded on flexible PDMS substrate, via a novel hybrid soft lithographic technique previously reported by authors {1, 2, 3]. The developed PDMS based magnets find their application in microfluidics [4], Sensors and actuators [5], micromotors [6] and automotive industry [7]
