Abstract
The formation of holographic diffraction gratings based on As2S3 layers is investigated. The variation of the groove profiles with exposure is studied by atomic force microscopy. The spectral curves of the diffraction efficiency are taken, and a relationship between these curves and grating surface relief is analyzed.
