Abstract

Ag-decorated g-C3N4/Ti3C2 ternary plasmonic photocatalysts with improved visible-light photocatalytic activity of aniline were investigated. The maximum degradation rate of aniline reached to 81.8%, which could be attributed to the enhanced visible light absorption efficiency caused by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) of AgNPs, as well as the effective separation of photogenerated charge carriers owing to MXenes. This work provides a new strategy for the construction of MXene-based photocatalysts.
