Abstract

Superamphiphobic surfaces have broad application prospects. In order to obtain superamphiphobic surfaces with better wear-resistance, a fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer coating and montmorillonite (MMT) particles were coated on polyamide 66 (PA-66) fabrics. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope were applied to investigate the morphology and chemical composition of PA-66 fabrics. The prepared fabrics showed superhydrophobicity and superoleophobicity. Meanwhile, the fabrics possessed excellent mechanical durability and self-cleaning performance. The as-prepared fabrics could be applied in the super-antiwetting and other areas.
