Abstract

Some compound lattices in photonic crystals with large completephotonic band gaps, such as the diamond structure and thetwo-dimensional hexagonal compound structure, is desired forfabrication. A novel method for fabrication of compound lattices byholographic lithography is reported. The key point is phase modulationby photoelectrical control and multiple-exposure techniques. Thistechnique introduces many advances: for instance, using the same coherentbeams and without changing the position of the sample duringmultiple-exposure.
