Abstract
Проведено дослідження електричних властивостей напівпровідникових p-n-переходів, створених при опроміненні кристалів Cd 1- x Zn x Te імпульсами потужного лазерного випромінювання. Встановлено, що створені структури відносяться до різких p-n-переходів, ВАХ яких визначається генераційно-рекомбінаційними процесами як в ОПЗ, так і на межі розділу рекристалізованого шару та об’єму напівпровідника.
