Abstract

Reflectivity spectra of NaH 3 (SeO 3 ) 2 crystals were measured form 16 to 400 cm -1 at 300°K and 202°K, and complex dielectric constants were derived using the K. K. dispersion relation. The results suggest that the dielectric dispersions occur around a few tens of cm -1 with a wide distribution of dispersion frequency.
