Abstract

We report on $^{19}\text{F}$ nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) investigation of the high-temperature superconductor ${\text{LaFeAsO}}_{0.89}{\text{F}}_{0.11}$ $({T}_{c}\ensuremath{\sim}28\text{ }\text{K})$. We demonstrate that low-frequency spin fluctuations exhibit pseudogap behavior above ${T}_{c}$. We also deduce the London penetration depth $\ensuremath{\lambda}$ from NMR line broadening below ${T}_{c}$.
