Abstract

Mismatch negativity (MMN), an event related potential, has been identified as a biomarker of schizophrenia, with deficits related to impaired functioning and cognition in schizophrenia spectrum (SZ) and bipolar (BD) disorders. The present study examined the relationships of MMN with domains of functioning and cognition, and whether MMN predicts functioning and cognition over time.
