Abstract
Recently in industrial vehicle market and construction machine market, it is requested to decrease fuel consumption and environmental burden reduction because of surge in crude oil prices and global surge of the environmental awareness. It is important to correspond to these requests in development and manufacturing forklift truck. It switched from currently used T/C(Torque Converter)+T/M(Transmission) to Electronic control HST (Hydrostatic Transmission), and achieved decrease fuel consumption and environmental burden reduction. We introduce outline of the fuel consumption reduction technology of HST forklift "FH series".
