Abstract
Vibration power flow on a rectangular steel plate where damping material is pasted on a cross part has been measured by means of vibration intensity technique. The test plate is excited at one point while on the other end damping material is made vibration power flow transfer from the excited point to the end. The aim damping material is located between the excited point and the end of damping material. Vibration power absorption ratio of the damping material is obtained from inflow and outflow of power flow. In this case, distribution of power flow on cross section is not uniform in magnitude. The absorption ratio of vibration power depends on frequency and shows a tendency to increase with frequency.
