Abstract
An interesting case of eyelid leishmaniasis is reported. Although the face is the site of predilection of cutaneous leishmaniasis, eyelid involvement has been reported to be rather uncommon. The author suggests an auto-inoculation mode of infestation. Parenteral stibogluconate effectively terminated infestation with a small scarring.
