Abstract
目的 研究渔民在鱼舱内作业因鳀鱼腐败后产生有害气体中毒时,眼部临床表现及其分型.方法 观察256例鳀鱼腐败气体中毒患者结膜、角膜、房水及虹膜的临床表现.结果 所有患者出现结膜充血、水肿、粘液样分泌物等结膜炎的表现.106例(41.41%)出现角膜上皮点状浸润或大片状上皮剥脱;53例(20.70%)在出现角膜损害的同时,房水呈粉尘状浑浊.结论 鳀鱼腐败气体中毒后,眼部病变可分为结膜损害型、角膜损害型、葡萄膜损害型3种。
