Abstract
Extraskeletal soft tissue chondroma is a rare, benign, slow-growing cartilaginous tumor. Its pathological diagnosis is based on radiological and histopathological examination. There are a few reports of soft tissue chondroma in this region. We present a 57-year-old man with a painless mass measuring \( {6}.{7} \times {6}.0 \times {4}.0{\hbox{cm}} \) in the left cheek.
