Sur les 61 constituants separes par chromatographie gazeuse ou en couche mince, on en identifie 59 (dont 4 decrits pour la premiere fois dans le miel). Ce sont essentiellement des hydrocarbures (C21 a C33), des acides mono- ou dibasiques et des acides aromatiques
