Abstract

The combination of two bidentate Ph2P(O)CH2C(O)N(Alk)-fragments in one molecule via amide nitrogen atom by alkylene bridge has been found to result in marked increase in REE(III) extraction from perchlorate solutions. The stoichiometry of recovered complexes has been determined. The effect of extractant structure, HClO4 concentration in aqueous phase, and organic solvent nature on the efficiency of REE(III) ions extraction into organic phase has been considered.
