Abstract
We obtain the Extinction Theorem, Boundary Conditions (“abc”) and dispersion equations for circularly polarized wave propagation in bounded gyrotropic media using the integral equation method of Ewald and Oseen. The normal incidence of a plane polarized electromagnetic wave on a plane surface is analyzed.
