Abstract

External parameters calibration for digital camera is a key technology for field measurement and image processing while using computer vision.An external parameters calibration algorithm for digital camera using circular target was presented.Firstly,iterative learning approximation algorithm was designed for getting the coordinates of circle image's center on the target.On this basis,external parameters of digital camera could be calculated using known intrinsic parameters of digital camera and imaging geometric model.The experimental results indicate that the presented algorithms in this paper have high accuracy and good stability.
