Abstract

In recent years there has been a growing interest in photophysical processes involving higher excited singlet and triplet states [1-3]. Intersystem crosssing transitions between states of different multiplicity as well as external heavy atom (EHA) and molecular oxygen effects play an important role in these processes. The photophysical processes in heterogeneous systems involving solid-liquid and solid--gas interfaces have not been extensively studied.
