Abstract

Bone scintigraphy in patients with malignant lymphoma is a useful diagnostic procedure to evaluate axial and appendicular skeleton involvement. Accumulation of bone-seeking agents by lesions in the liver, spleen, kidneys, and lymph nodes are very rare in malignant lymphomas. The authors describe a case study with extensive soft tissue Tc-99m HDP accumulation with good correlation on Ga-67 scintigraphy.
