Abstract
Ayurveda is plant-based system of medicines which is developed through daily life experiences. Now-adays the interest in plant-based drugs has been increasing because it is a source of direct therapeutic agent with less adverse effects. The development in the science and technology improved the research on herbal medicinal plants. The efforts are also taken to improve the quality, efficiency and safety of the medicines. The present work aimed to develop the wholesome cream formulation which can protect and nourish the skin and also provide fast systemic healing acting through systemically. The herbal product intends to contain manjistha, guduchi, neem, moringa oil and aloe vera. The cream is anticipated to exhibit anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, nourishing effect on skin along with great anti-oxidant property.
