Abstract

Annular atrophic lichen planus is a rare form of lichen planus that presents with features of both the annular and atrophic subtypes. Reported cases are limited, contributing to our limited understanding of this clinical entity. We describe an extensive, asymptomatic presentation of this condition in a middle-aged male who failed multiple treatments but developed no new lesions with an added JAK inhibitor.
