Abstract
A combination of the matrix formalism of the Prigogine-George-Henin (PGH) theory with a projection-operator formalism introduced by Balescu will be used for extending the concept of subdynamics to the case of stationary constrained inhomogeneous systems. By means of the new formulas obtained one is able to find a new type of invariant of the motion.
