Abstract
Background: The main cause of mortality of retroperitoneal Liposarcoma is related to local recurrence. The optimal surgical management of this rare entity remains controversy. The aim of this study is to compare the safety and efficacy of radical surgery also named compartmental which involves the removal of adjacent viscera or aponeurosis and the more conservative surgery where only directly invaded organs are removed regarding .
