Abstract

Generic equipment integration sliding mode interface called object-oriented module (OOM) is proposed. By taking advantage of the well-defined sliding mode control technique protocol (SMCTP) in the power transistor-manufacturing arena, the object oriented design methodology and script language, a customizable message/control component, and a customizable data repository component. Manufacturing systems must possess the ability to cooperate and coexist along with humans. Sliding mode humanmachine interfaces (SMHMI) that can adapt to the current operator and the current context are requested. In this paper SMHMI based on satisfaction measures estimated by output signal of indicator of sliding mode measurement has been proposed.
