Abstract

A new extensive class of one-dimensional ternary (−1, 0, +1)-sequences, called extended ternary sequences, is proposed, which enables radiation-physics experiments to be more completely optimized and enables problems of emission planar tomography to be solved more effectively using code-based integrated measurement systems.
