Abstract

The method of Extended Exergy Accounting (EEA) is proposed as a paradigm for the evaluation of the equivalent primary resource consumption of 'Energy Systems'. In a 'system's approach', an energy system is an assembly of components that feed on primary energy sources to produce material or immaterial commodities.
