Abstract

Vibration isolation for airborne optoelectronic platform is widely applied and investigated for its important role to improve the precision of the platform. This paper proposes an extended disturbance observation based robust control (EDORC) design on airborne optoelectronic active-passive vibration isolation platform, which is states-coupled with mismatched disturbance. The modified extended disturbance observer (EDO) is proved effective in estimating the equivalent input-disturbance of both parameter uncertainties and mismatched disturbance. Then the extended disturbance observer based robust controller is designed and its stability is analyzed. Numerical experiment shows the outstanding performance of the proposed method.
