Abstract
En esta sentencia el Tribunal Constitucional aplica su consolidada jurisprudencia sobre el derecho a la representación política (art. 23 CE) y declara contrarios al mismo sendos acuerdos de la Mesa del Parlamento de Andalucía por los que se aceptaba la baja involuntaria de diputados por la exclusiva decisión del portavoz del grupo al haber dejado de pertenecer a la formación política por la que se presentaron a las elecciones.
