Abstract
Objectives To modify stromal vascular fraction cells (SVF cells) by the human adiponectin (hapM1) gene, and to investigate the expression of the lentiviral vector carrying the hapM1 gene in SVF cells. Design and methods In this study, we used hapM1 gene-modified SVF cells to test the expression of the hapM1 gene in SVF cells. The rat SVF cells were separated and cultured with the combination of collagenase I and adherent culture, and the expressions of CD31 and CD34 in SVF cells were detected with immunofluorescence assay.
