Abstract
目的 研究MMP-2及MMP-9在翼状胬肉标本中的表达和临床意义.方法 38例翼状胬肉标本取自原发性翼状胬肉手术患者,12例正常球结膜作为对照,应用免疫组化法检测翼状胬肉组织和正常结膜组织中MMP-9、MMP-2的表达水平.结果 MMP-9在38例翼状胬肉标本中均可见阳性表达,平均活性水平为0.4469±0.0714.正常结膜组织中,MMP-9仅检测到微弱的低表达,平均活性水平为0.3658±0.0153,两组表达强度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-2在38例翼状胬肉标本中均可见阳性表达,平均活性水平为0.4050±0.0537.正常结膜组织中,MMP-2仅检测到微弱的低表达,平均活性水平为0.3557±0.0748,两组表达强度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-2和MMP-9在翼状胬肉中的表达有高度相关性(r=0.756,P<0.05).结论 翼状胬肉组织中,MMP-9和MMP-2表达增强,两者有协同作用,其活性水平升高在翼状胬肉的形成与发展中可能起了重要作用。
