Abstract
Livin is the inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs), a new member, in most malignant tissues of high expression, and its main function is to inhibit cell apoptosis. Apoptosis and tumor cells is closely related to the occurrence and development, more on which the survival of tumor angiogenesis. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is one of the strongest of vascular growth factor, and almost all human tumors and tumor cell lines have over-expression of it.
