Abstract
Objective: We have previously reported elevated expression of CD69 on peripheral blood NK cells in women with recurrent spontaneous abortions (RSA) and infertility of implantation failures after 3 or more IVF/ET cycles, as compared to normal fertile controls. CD69 is an activation marker and it triggers NK cytotoxicity. The objective of this study is to determine the expression of CD69 in these women before and after lymphocyte immune therapy (LIT).
