Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of-ERK and JNK in human hepatic cirrhosis carcinoma (hHCC).Methods The samples were obtained from 10 cases of hHCC.Semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of ERK,and JNK mRNA and protein in 10 samples and adjacent noncanerous tissues.Results The expression of ERK, and JNK mRNA and protein was detected in 90% of hHCC and 20% of adjacent noncanerous tissues (P < 0.05).Conclusion ERK, and JNK activation in hHCC may play some roles in the pathogenesis of HCC.
