Abstract

Objective To detect the expression of EPOR in ovarian epithelial tumor. Study the biologic effect of rHuEPO to ovarian epithelial tumor cell H08910. Methods RT-PCR analyses were used to detect the expression of EPOR in ovarian epithelial tumor cell, FCM assay was used to detect rHuEPOs effect to ovarian epithelial tumor cell proliferation and inhibition ratio. Results There is EPOR expressions in ovarian epithelial tumor cell. rHuEPO could reduce ovarian epithelial tumor cell expressions (P <0.01). Conclusion The lower expression of EPOR was observed in ovarian epithelial tumor cell. Use rHuEPO couldn't promote the cancer's progression and bring negative effect in clinical practice. Further clinical research is required to prove it. Key words: Ovarian neoplasms; Erythropoietin; Erythropoietin receptor; , Anaemia
