Abstract
Objectives To study expression of PTEN mRNA 和 Survivin mRNA in BTCC and its relationship between BTCC and normal tissue 、clinical stage、pathology grade and recurrence. Methods The SYBR Green Ⅱ real time quantitative RT-PCR was used to evaluated the expression of PTEN mRNA 和 Survivin mRNA in 43 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder and 9 normal cases. Results The expression of PTEN mRNA in normol tissue is higher than that in BTCC,and The expression of Survivin mRNA in normol tissue is lower than that in BTCC There were statistical significance between normol tissue and BTCC。 There were also statistical significance between the grade ( p <0.05) , the clinical stage (p <0.05) , and primary and recurrence (p < 0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expression of PTEN mRNA 和 Survivin mRNA in BTCC(r= -0.972, p <0.05).Conclusions PTEN mRNA 和 Survivin mRNA may be implicated in the patnogenesis of BTCC,and they play role in diagnosing BTCC,judging pathological grade and clinical stage and have important clinical significance. Theimbalance expression of them may be a reason of the original and developong mechanism of BTCC. Key words: Bladder Neoplasms
