Abstract

This paper endeavours to find out how far public and private export credit insurance schemes available in UK to foster international trade, and specially the impact of export credit insurance to UK's SME's. How Export Credit Insurance create and add value to profitable growth of companies in UK.Export credit insurance is financial product/risk management tool used by export oriented businesses to ensure that they receive funds owed to them. Businesses selling their products and services to “international buyers” and take a risk the buyer might not pay or delay the payment. ECI reduce that risk. This research based study will evaluate and examined the fact that ECI supports businesses profitable growth in international trade.
