Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the exponential synchronization of time-varying delays and non-delay coupled dynamical complex network via impulsive control. By introducing the concept of “average impulsive interval” and utilizing the property of a special matrix M, some sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the global exponential synchronization for all initial values based on the impulsive delay differential inequality and Lyapunov Stability Theorem. And moreover, the exponential convergence rate can be specified, and some numerical examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.
